There is a new '101' non-emergency number to report crime and other concerns that do not require an emergency police response. The local number, 0300 111 222 will remain available while 101 becomes established and for those calling from outside England and Wales, as well as for callers outside Northamptonshire where 101 is not yet live.


The dedicated 'Watch Line' number 01604 432436 is still fully operational and will remain so once 101 has been launched.

67 Bus operated by Centrebus on behalf of NCC.

Monday to Friday - BUT NOT WEDNESDAYS

The 67 bus will no longer come into Ashley. It will pick up and drop at the juction of Stoke Road with Medbourne Road, near the salt bin and the signpost. It will pick up at 12noon to Market Harborough and leave Market Harborough at 14.35 back to Ashley junction.

Although Ashley does not appear, there is a new timetable outside the pub.

 Wheelie Bins

Emptied every Thursday. The bins need to be put out on Thursday morning. Bins are emptied alternate weeks with the household waste collected one week and cardboard/gardening, bottles and paper etc., the next. Watch your neighbour to ensure you get it right!
