This coming Sunday 19th April, the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will be held in church at 4pm . It is the one ‘formal’ occasion in the year when everyone on the church electoral roll can have their say about how the Village Church is run and find out what has happened in the church during the past year.
Unfortunately, no one has volunteered to take on the Churchwarden role from Eddie, who will retire after the meeting. Therefore, there will be no ‘Meeting of Parishioners’ to elect a Churchwarden for the coming year.
The Annual Meeting will take a brief, but comprehensive, look at the past year, before elections are held for members of the Parochial Church Council.
